Hate my mind sometimes..

I just tend to over think everything that is going really well in my life. Even if something is going so good, my brain will instantly think "but what if this happened" "and what if that" which really really annoys me and makes me become depressed at stages.

The over thinking itself could cause things to go wrong, so I really have to stop. If anyone has any suggestions to divert it, please say. I have many hobbies already, so I can't not take my mind of a certain subject. It's all will power and trying to stay as positive as possible really.. (really hard to do so when it comes to the life of me)

Always expecting the worst.
